By participating, you acknowledge that enrollment provides eligibility for promotional consideration only and does not guarantee receipt of a Lifetime Membership. Any Lifetime Membership awarded is subject to renewal requirements, applicable fees, written acceptance, and club policies.

Selection Process & Timing

Selections, if any, may occur periodically throughout the promotional period. Not all participants will be selected, and selection is not guaranteed. Timing and frequency of any selection are determined at Body Xchange’s discretion.

How This Program Works

Please review the following important information regarding the Lifetime Membership Opportunity:

1. No Purchase Necessary
   Participation in the Lifetime Membership Opportunity does not require a purchase or payment.
2. Open to Members and Non-Members
   This opportunity is available to both current Body Xchange members and non-members. Participation does not modify or replace any existing membership agreement unless a Lifetime Membership is formally awarded and accepted in writing.
3. Eligibility Only - Not Guaranteed
   Submission of this form enrolls you for eligibility and promotional consideration only. A Lifetime Membership is not guaranteed, and not all participants will be awarded a Lifetime Membership.
4. What “Lifetime” Means
   “Lifetime” refers to long-term access privileges associated with a Lifetime Membership. It does not mean free services forever and does not exempt a member from renewal requirements, fees, or compliance with club policies.
5. Written Acceptance & In-Club Renewal Required
   Any Lifetime Membership awarded must be activated and renewed in person at a Body Xchange club and requires written acceptance of all Lifetime Membership terms within the activation time frame provided at the time of award. Failure to complete written renewal within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the Lifetime Membership.
6. Annual Fee
   Any Lifetime Membership awarded is subject to an annual fee. Annual fee is billed around the 6th day of the 2nd month after enrollment and each year thereafter. The annual fee is subject to change in the future in accordance with the applicable law and club policies.
7. No Impact on Current Membership Terms
   For current members, participation in this opportunity does not change billing, dues, contract length, or membership type unless and until a Lifetime Membership is awarded and accepted in writing.
8. Non-Transferable / No Cash Value
   Any Lifetime Membership awarded is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged.
9. Program Modifications
   Body Xchange reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Lifetime Membership Opportunity at any time in accordance with applicable law.
