1) Individual Cancellations Required: Each member must submit their own cancellation request. If a spouse, parent, or any other individual cancels their membership, it will NOT cancel any other memberships they are paying for. All memberships are processed separately.

2) Current Payments: All payments must be up to date to process any cancellation request.

3) Notice Period for General Memberships: A 15-day notice prior to the EFT billing date is required for membership cancellations. If less notice is given, you will be billed for the next cycle.

4) Term Memberships: For term memberships, a 15-day notice is required along with a termination fee. The fee is $100 if more than half of the membership term remains or $50 if less than half remains. Cancellation cannot be processed without payment of the termination fee.

5) Notice Period for Personal Training or XGT Programs: A 30-day notice prior to the EFT billing date is required for cancellations of Personal Training or XGT Programs. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in billing for any invoices due within 30 days. A cancellation fee may apply.

6) Membership Agreement: Please refer to your membership agreement for further details.

7) Confirmation Email: One submission is all that is needed for your cancellation request. A confirmation email will serve as proof of your cancellation. Please save this email for your records.

8) Processing Time: Cancellations may take up to 5 business days to process.
