The 30-Day money back guarantee applies only to new members enrolled in the BX Unlimited Plan. Eligible members may receive a full refund of any monies paid during their initial 30 days, provided they meet the following requirements.
- Must be a local full-time resident with a verifiable local ID.
- Must have a Club Manager introduction.
- Must provide proof of downloaded BX 30-day workout plan.
- Must complete 10 workouts within 30 days of the date of enrollment.
- Subject to verification, if all criteria are not met, you will not be eligible for a refund.
