Annual fee is billed around the 6th day of the 2nd month after enrollment and each year thereafter. Depending on your plan, your first month's dues may be billed at enrollment or start 10 days after you join. After 15 monthly payments, your membership will automatically continue month-to-month at the monthly rate for your plan.
